Lot Ideas
The plot map is a suggestion for how the property could be divided if you chose to partition it. The lines are already in a survey and it takes 2-3 months to deed them at this point. We are willing to discuss selling off portions of the finca, although we prefer selling the entire property including the house and shop.
Lot A has a 2,000 sq. ft. two-level house built in
2009, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, upstairs family room, a balcony and 2 patios.
Construction is concrete block walls, steel-framed roof and aluminum windows
and doors. The interior features cathedral ceilings and custom tropical wood
finishes throughout.
The property has approx. 20 fruit trees, a large
permanent vivero and extensive decorative gardens. Below the house is a 800 sq.
ft. workshop, 300 sq. ft. of which is secure. Lot A has a large public road
frontage, which facilitates additional subdivision, if desired. The total size
of this lot is 6,728 sq. m. or approx. 1.6 acres.
Lot B has a large 300 sq. m. building plantel made in
2008. The lot is about 60% secondary forest and has a seasonal creek running
through it. It also has a secondary, undeveloped building site at the highest
point of the property on top of a portion of the granite batholith upon which
the famous El Santo statue is located. That portion of the lot is reached by
dirt road. Adjacent to the large plantel
is a 200 sq. ft. cabina under construction. Lot B must include a road easement
for Lot C access. The total size of this lot is 10,000 sq. m. or approx. 2.4
acres.
Lot C has about 300 sq. m. of building plantel in two
adjoining sections. It has 6 meters of public road frontage. 50% is secondary forest. The remainder is planted in coffee, papaya, bananas,
construction-grade bamboo and several species of flowering and immature lumber-grade
trees. It has a secondary, undeveloped building site near its
highest point. The total lot size is 12,000 sq. m. or approx. 2.9 acres.
Prices in USD
The entire property is priced at $279,000. We will consider offers for portions of the finca. The lot partition shown above is a sensible suggestion, but we are open to other partitions.![]() |
